Isn't he so cute! Good thing he does not live locally, I can almost see some flowers shaking with dread with a complete look of surprise as they saw this little guy coming along, ha ha ha...To bad I did not have a stamp like that!
He is called PJ the Penguin and you can get this image of him as well as other cute images at the Sew Many Cards store.
I used a lot of dimensionals on the layers to make the card POP. Also, as you can see, I added plenty of jeweled flowers and a charm to go with the sentiment. I am not exactly sure what one would use this card for other than to let someone know you are thinking of them and make them smile.
I kept the inside very simple, with plenty of room to write a personal note.
