Back When
There is a fun challenge this week at Flashback Friday. We are to enter our very first paper stitching that we posted. I made this card back in February 2010. It is the very first hand stitching I did and I was not happy with how it came out. The stitching was pretty good for my first time. but I was not happy after I cut out the butterfly. It doesn't look so bad now, lol. I have since learned how to add the image without having to cut it out, lol.
I am not sure what happened to this card, lol. I am pretty sure I did not decorate the inside! If you would like to see some I made later one you can click on either "sewing on paper" or "paper stitching" from the categories in the sidebar.

Now my opinion is this card is fabulous! I love how the stitching is! I think I might have to try this one of these days and when I do I'm coming back to this card for inspiration! Is there a certain thread you use for this? I really do want to give it a try!
