Unsure

Isn't she precious! This is another image from Sugar Nellie Called Grace Standing. She looks so unsure of herself.

I have been focusing on my coloring since I am taking a copic coloring class via the web at Simply Scrapping Crafts.  This past week we learned how to color brown hair. I have seen so many beautifully colors images with perfect hair and always wondered how they did it. I was excited that we were learning hair and actually spent 3 weeks on it.

My cards have had very simple designs and embellishments because of it. I hope you are not all getting bored, lol.  After the coloring, I plan on focusing on designing cards...that should be a hoot!

Here is the finished card. I wanted to add swirls, but I have not quite figured out my cricut yet. Well, the cricut is much easier than I thought, it is the settings for different types of paper I am still working on.

I decided to color her in pastels for the spring. Maybe even Easter. Remember when we would get our new dresses and spring coats as well as shoes to match for Easter. For my kids, too many years ago, they got new jeans, shirts and sneakers, lol.  They would wear them again but the dressy clothes they wouldn't .

Again, I copied the design from the front to decorate the inside. Very simple, lol, funny it looks crooked in the photo, it really doesn't in real life.

Tomorrow my youngest will turn 24!! I can hardly believe it. For 4 months the "kids" will be 26, 25 and 24! Yeah...I was really busy, lol.  Then my oldest will turn 27!  My gosh...So close to 30 ( I don't say that to her though!)

I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:
All sorts: Blooming blossoms
One Stop Challenge: Spots and dots
Craft Your Day Away: Dots and stripes (the dotteds on the patterned papers are in rows that I consider stripes, I hope they do too)
Corrosive Challenge: Pastel colors
Paper Sundaes: Spring blossoms
Scrapy Frogs: Flowers and lace (lace is on the inside)
Kaboodle Doodle: Get girly
Pixie Dust: Lace it up (lace is on the inside)
CCEE: Doily or lace (lace is on the inside)
Card Cupids: Dots +/or stripes
Crafty Pad: Flowers

I hope you all have a super weekend!  HUGS,
